STAFFED Valuation Experts and Assistants are being sought. The Desired Conditions are below.
-(Real Estate Valuation License) To have a CMB License certificate
- To graduate from the departments of Civil Engineering, Map Engineering, City and Regional Planning, Architecture of universities
- To have 1 year of experience in the Real Estate Valuation sector and to have a 1-year (residential) TDUB Approval certificate
-Experienced in writing reports
-Comply with the ethical rules of the sector and comply with these rules,
-Having completed military service for male candidates
-(B) Having a class driving license and being able to drive an active vehicle,
*** Real Estate Valuation Expert Assistants are being sought to be employed on a permanent basis in the specified provinces that meet the above conditions. Sectoral experience and merit will be taken into consideration in the candidates. Important Note: Applications of candidates who do not meet the technical requirements written above will definitely not be taken into account.
